Please read the following terms and conditions

The wish of Verona's Web Design is to provide the Client with a professionally designed web page,
website,desk top pulishing or presentation graphics services. It is there for important that we ' Verona's Web
Design' and you 'The client' both understand and agree to the work being contracted.
These are the terms of our agreement:

1. Authorisation
The Client is engaging Verona's Web Design for the specific project of developing and/or improving a World
Wide Web site to be installed on the Client's web space on an Internet Service Provider's computer. The
Client hereby authorises Verona's Web Design to access this account, and authorises their Internet Service
Provider to provide Verona's Web Design with "write permission" for the Client's web page directory, cgi-bin
directory and any other directories or programs that need to be accessed for this project. The Client also
authorises Verona's Web Design to publicise their completed website to search engines, as well as other web
directories and indexes.

2. Website Design
2.1 A non-refundable deposit of 25% is to be paid upon commissioning Verona's web Design.
2.2 Design work will not commence until the deposit is paid.
2.3 Each separate page will be submitted to the Client for approval.
2.4 Should the client request further changes to a page after approval of the design has been given, those
changes will be charged for at a rate quoted by and at the discretion of Verona's Web Design, according to the
amount of changes requested.
2.5 When the website is completed, all outstanding monies will be paid thirty days after reciept of invoice.
2.6 Every web page designed by Verona's Web Design will carry an acknowledgement to that fact with a link
to the Verona's Web Design website.
2.7 Website content, with regard to information about the Client's business, will be provided by the Client. Any
graphic work will either be provided by the client in .gif or .jpg format, or designed by Verona's Web Design,
according to the Client's wishes.
2.8 Website pages should be equivalent in size to one sheet of A4 paper but can be up to 4 sheets of A4 sized paper when printed. Content exceeding 4 A4 sheets will be classed as an extra page and charged for accordingly.
2.9 All sites designed by Verona's Web Design will be submitted to the following search engines: Google,
Yahoo, MSN.
2.10 Submission to search engines does not guarantee inclusion in their directory or a high ranking.
2.11 The website may or may not be included in Verona's Web Design's portfolio.

3. Website Hosting
3.1 Verona's Web Design does provide hosting but will assist the Client with locating a suitable web host from another company if they wish.
3.2 Any decisions to be made with regard to selecting a hosting company are down to the Client.
3.3 Verona's Web Design will not be held responsible for any problems which may or may not occur with
regard to the web hosting company chosen by the Client.

4. Domain Name Registration
4.1 Verona's Web Design does domain name registration a but will assist the Client with securing a
suitable domain name from another source.
4.2 Any decisions to be made with regard to selecting a domain name registrar are down to the client.
4.3 Verona's Web Design will not be held responsible for any problems which may or may not occur with
regard to the domain name registration company chosen by the Client.
4.4 The Client is responsible for the domain name and future registration renewals.

5. Website Maintenance
All work carried out by Verona's Web Design under the website maintenance service will be regarded as
updates to information only. Any structural changes will be charged for at a rate quoted by and at the discretion
of Verona's Web Design, according to the amount of changes requested.

6. Desk Top Publishing
61 A non-refundable deposit of 25% is to be paid upon commissioning Verona's web Design.
6.2 Design work will not commence until the deposit is paid.
6.3The item to be publishished will be submitted to the Client for approval.
6.4 Should the client request further changes to an item after approval of the design has been given, those
changes will be charged for at a rate quoted by and at the discretion of Verona's Web Design, according to the
amount of changes requested.
6.5 When the website is completed, all outstanding monies will be paid thirty days after reciept of invoice.
6.6 Every publishlished item designed by Verona's Web Design will carry an acknowledgement to that fact
with the imprint to the Verona's Web Design.
6.7 Desk top pblishing content, with regard to information about the Client's business, will be provided by the
Client. Any graphic work will either be provided by the client in .gif or .jpg format, or designed by Verona's Web
Design, according to the Client's wishes.

7. Presentation Graphics
7.1 A non-refundable deposit of 25% is to be paid upon commissioning Verona's web Design.
7.2 Design work will not commence until the deposit is paid.
7.3 Each slide show,notes or handouts will be submitted to the Client for approval.
7.4 Should the client request further changes to an item after approval of the design has been given, those
changes will be charged for at a rate quoted by and at the discretion of Verona's Web Design, according to the
amount of changes requested.
7.5 When the slide show,notes or hand outsis completed, all outstanding monies will be paid thirty days after
reciept of invoice.
7.6 Every slide show designed by Verona's Web Design will carry an acknowledgement to that fact with the
imprint of Verona's Web Design.
77 Presentatiom graphic content, with regard to information about the Client's business, will be provided by the
Client. Any graphic work will either be provided by the client in .gif or .jpg format, or designed by Verona's Web
Design, according to the Client's wishes.

8 Completion Date
Verona's Web Design and the Client must work together to complete the website within the timescale as
agreed between Verona's Web Design and the Client.

9 Payment
Payment shall be made in pounds sterling by way of cash, cheque, money order or bankers draft or PayPal or major cridit card.

10. Consequential Loss
Verona's Web Design does not warrant that the functions contained in these web pages will meet the Client's
requirements or that the operation of the web pages will be uninterrupted or error free. The entire risk as to the
quality and performance of the web pages and website is with the Client. In no event will Verona's Web Design
be liable to the Client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other
incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate these web
pages or website, even if Verona's Web Design has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Despite
the best efforts of Verona's Web Design errors in web page information will occur. At no time will Verona's
Web Design's responsibilities for accidentally including erroneous information extend beyond correcting the
error.

11. Copyrights and Trademarks
The Client represents to Verona's Web Design an unconditional guarantee that all elements of text, graphics,
photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Verona's Web Design for inclusion in web pages
are owned by the Client, and will not hold Verona's Web Design responsible for any lawsuit or other action
from arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.

12. Copyrights to Web Pages, Desk Top Publishlising and Presentation Graphics
Copyright to the assembled work of web pages produced by Verona's Web Design is owned by Verona's Web
Design. Upon completion of this contract, all rights owned by Verona's Web Design as to the design, graphics,
and text in this website are assigned to the Client.

13. Right to Cancel Non business clients have the right to cancel any work being undertaken by Verona's Web Design within
seven days of commissioning that work.

14. Sole Agreement
The agreement contained in this "Web Page Design, Desk Top Publishing, Presentation Graphics and
Maintenance Agreement" constitutes the sole agreement between Verona's Web Design and the Client
regarding this website, Desk Top Publishing, Presentation Graphics and Maintenance Agreement . Any
additional work not specified in this contract must be authorised in writing.
